I purchased my home from Spinney Homes and feel lucky to have secured a property from them. From the initial viewings and discussions, to the finish of the bathrooms and office furniture, it was important to Spinney that I was happy and everything was 'just right' for when we wanted to move in.
They helped change various aspects of the build and finish to suit my requirements ensuring the house was perfect for when we moved in. The attention to detail was amazing and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. They were genuine in their intention of getting everything perfect for my new family home.

We cannot recommend Spinney Homes highly enough. We first saw the property that we purchased from them in the build stage and as the plans stood it didn’t quite work for us as a family home. We explained this to them and worked together to change the floor plans to exactly what we wanted.
It was extremely important to us to have the colours and style that we wanted throughout and this was made possible by them allowing us to go and choose what we wanted from certain showrooms. This included tiles, bathroom suites, paint, kitchen & utility etc we also wanted some extras that weren’t included that we paid extra for but it was all arranged seamlessly.
From start to finish nothing was too much trouble, you can tell that this is very much a family run business
that prides itself on reputation.
